Now even the Bikers in the MENA region can keep cool and safe with this nifty tech from CoolShirt Systems. 
Its basically a ice water bag cooler with a pump that circulates the chilled water into the Vest or Undergarment (CoolShirt).
The bag (with the ice water + pump) is stored in the bike's saddle bag 
or luggage rack and can be connected to the motorcycle battery with an on/off switch or just simply used with an lithium ion battery, which can be recharged.
This will keep the Biker concentrated, cool and prevent Heat Stress related illnesses.
