Even in China the CoolShirt personal Cooling system is being used for their Motorboat Race teams. Why? Because inside these specially designed Motorboats there is no room for air conditioning and adding them would just increase the weight of the boat and might cost the racers the win. The personal cooling devices actually increases your concentration and prevents Heat Stress/Heat Stroke. Thus why is China leading the way and not other countries besides the USA? People tend to shy away at first from innovative technology.
